Temperomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJD)

A course designed for relief of jaw and facial pain, clenching and grinding teeth.
A
combination of Somatic or Hypopressive body work (see below) with trigger point release therapy of shoulders, neck, and muscles of mastication (chewing). In this way we take a full body approach to address held tensions and postural elements associated with TMJD.

Somatic Movement

Suitable for all, whether you would like to work through some difficult life events, relieve held stress or reconnect with your creativity. Explore and release habitual, hidden patterns, develop somatic awareness and regulate the nervous system.

Yoga Flow Hypopressive Method
In this course you learn to use the specific breath and postures of the Hypopressive Method to realign posture, create flexibility through the myofascial core, improve oxygen distribution and balance the nervous system.

A functional and full body practice we build up to step by step.
